Registration

Termination

Happy Roads may cancel/terminate your right to use the Site or services listed on the Site at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer entitled to access the Site. These restrictions inflicted on you are in accordance with the material downloaded, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set in these Terms of Service.

Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose data/details you obtain from Happy Roads or from our clients, sponsors, suppliers and members. All information submitted by the customer agrees to a Program is proprietary information. Such customer information is confidential and may not be revealed. The publisher agrees not to copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any such exclusive information.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra. Any dispute shall be subject to obligatory arbitration in Maharashtra, India. If any terms of this agreement shall be unlawful or for any reason unenforceable, then that terms shall be regarded severable from this agreement and shall not affect the legality of any remaining provisions.

Class Action Waiver

You may only resolve disputes with Happy Roads on an individual basis. Class arbitrations, private attorney general, and consolidation with other negotiations are not permitted.

Severability

If any article/cause within this Terms is found to be illegal, that clause will be separated from this Provision, and the remainder of this Provision will be granted full force and effect. If the Class Action Waiver clause is found to be illegal, this entire Provision will be unenforceable and the conflict will be resolved by a court.

Shipping Policy

Happy Roads is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. To guarantee ease of selling and the best customer experience, we mandate delivery of the orders to all the customers via our logistics partners.

Our shipping policy is as follows:

1) We deliver to major cities across India. Each package may be shipped to a single destination address. If you wish to deliver the orders to different addresses, you shall place multiple orders.

2) We make our best efforts to ship each shipment within 5-7 working days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 9-11 working days, to ship the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days, we shall inform you prior & as per your instructions cancel the unshipped part of the order, as well as send an email informing you about the same. In such circumstances, the payment against the unshipped shipment shall be reimbursed.

3) The orders will be shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Typically, all Nagpur deliveries are completed within 1-3 days and outside Nagpur, deliveries are completed within 5-7 days, excluding the date of shipping. International deliveries may take additional 3-4 weeks.

4) To ensure that your shipment is delivered to you in excellent condition and in less time, we ship through reputed dispatcher/ courier agencies.

5) While we endeavour to ship your complete order together, this may not be always possible due to availability issues.

6) If you believe that the received package is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with/damaged, before accepting the delivery, please refuse to take the package, and contact our Customer Care or email us at happyroadsindia@gmail.com. Happy Roads shall make the best efforts to ensure a replacement for your order. The shipping status of your order can be tracked on the Happy Roads website.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the entered Pin code and our Delivery Partner. The shipping charges will be displayed at the time of check out.

Return & Refund:

Happy Roads is committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction with every merchandise you order from us. At Happy Roads, we offer an easy refund or exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the products you bought. In the unlikely circumstance, where your order is not delivered in good condition, damaged, or the delivered package is different from what you ordered, you may return the products unused, and in their original packaging along with original tags, from the date on which your order was delivered.

1) Any returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, shipped along with the product. Happy Roads will not accept returns that are not accompanied by the original sales invoice.

2) Before acquiring the delivery of your merchandise, please ensure that the packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the received order is not in a good condition, or is damaged, kindly refuse to accept the delivery of the package and call our customer care. You can email us the complaint along with your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to guarantee a replacement delivery at the earliest.

3) In the event you return the products that were delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable. The replacement package will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

Returns/Exchange through courier:

1) If you request a return/exchange of your package through courier services, at the time of collecting your order, you will receive a courier bill/receipt, which is to be retained for future reference. Kindly keep a copy of the sales invoice for future reference as well. We will share the original invoice with you after your return/exchange request is processed.

2) Exchanges through courier shall only be done for products with the exact same price as the product being returned. The package will be exchanged depending on the availability in stock or whether the exchange can be done.

3) After the package is received and subject to confirmation of the purchase and condition of the package, we shall process a refund/exchange within 5-7 working days of receipt of the order.

4) Refunds of amounts charged to the Cardholder’s credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder’s credit card account, which was used initially to pay for the original order. Kindly note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account.

Payment Options:

To pay for your purchases with Happy Roads, the following modes of payment are available:

1. Valid Credit Card (VISA or Master).
2. Valid Debit Card (VISA/ Master/ Maestro)
3. American Express Credit Cards.
4. Net Banking
5. Cash on Delivery

We do not permit Bank deposit, ATM deposits or E-gift vouchers as of now.

Secure Card payments:

1) Happy Roads accepts Visa/ Master credit cards and debit cards. We are committed to providing a safe transaction environment by employing a secured payment handling process. To improve the security of the transaction data, the user is automatically redirected to the payment gateway page, where all required payment details like credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV etc. are encrypted and transmitted securely to your Issuing bank for acquiring authorization. At no time during the purchase process or thereafter, does Happy Roads has the access to, or stores your card details. For further details, you can refer to the Privacy Policy on the website.

2) For extensive security, we have equipped our systems for the ‘Verified by VISA’ and ‘Master card Secure Code’ facility. This is an additional security measure that requires you to enter a password to which only the cardholder has access. Also, Happy Roads does not capture any such passwords.

3) Payment on your credit/debit card bill will appear in your local currency. Your credit/debit card will be charged in Indian currency as per the prevailing currency exchange rate and charge policies of the card issuer bank.

Secure Net Banking Options:

1) You can make a payment through Net Banking from your Bank account.

2) On the Billing page, choose the Net Banking option for payment and click on the ‘Pay’ button. Choose the Internet option & select your preferred bank to process the payment.

3) You will be diverted directly to your Bank’s login page, from where you can log into your account using your Net Banking id and password. After successful completion of payment, you will be diverted back to our website for your order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Service:

1) Happy Roads offer “Cash on delivery” (COD) service only to limited pin codes in India. On the product detail page, you will see the “COD” or “Cash on Delivery” option respectively. To buy the COD item, you can click on the “Add to cart” button on the product page and select the payment mode as “Cash on Delivery”.

2) Happy Roads will verify the order placed by the buyer by calling on the cell number provided in the shipping address. Therefore, it is Mandatory to enter the right contact details in the Shipping Address for COD billings.

3) The package will arrive at your shipping address at the specified time duration as mentioned on the billing receipt. You will have to pay for the EXACT invoice value when you receive your shipment at the shipping address. All payments are to be made by CASH only for “Cash on delivery” orders.

4) Please check the physical condition of the order before payment. In the unlikely event that the package delivered is not in sealed condition or is damaged/tampered with, please do not accept the package.

5) We will give a call on the provided contact details before we attempt the delivery of your order to confirm your availability. If we are unable to connect with you, then the order will be put on hold. We are not responsible for any delays in the shipment in such cases.

6) Happy Roads reserves all the rights to accept/reject/cancel COD orders. You are requested to read the Terms and Conditions on www.happyroads.co.in before making any purchases.

Secure Shopping

Happy Roads is concerned about the security and protection of our customers. Therefore, we have put several technological protections in place to guarantee that the transaction process is extremely secured and that the customers’ data is protected. b) If you receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown id impersonating Happy Roads and ask to confirm/provide your password or banking details, simply disregard the request and report the incident to Happy Roads website.

c) Customers should carefully review the order confirmation e-mails to assure that they are reliable and have been sent by Happy Roads. If you receive any shipment confirmation e-mail for a purchase you have not done, report the event to Happy Roads website.

d) Never disclose any confidential information including passwords in any communication with us or any of our employee. Happy Roads will never ask for such details over e-mail or phone call.

e) If you receive an e-mail requesting personal details, never reply to it.

f) If you receive a spoofed Happy Roads e-mail, or discover a fake Happy Roads website, please report it to us.

Fraudsters may send authentic-looking emails that might contain viruses. These viruses, install a malicious cypher on your PC without your knowledge. They can extract your confidential information to access your online profile/accounts. Here are a few action points that you should remember:
