Law of Choice-Focus-Practice Habit

• Law of choice: You don’t get what you want, you get what you choose.

Human beings can choose what they want. Choose what you want, else the universe will choose things for
you. You become the choices you make.

If you wish to change your life, you must change your choices. Choose to live an amazing life. Choose your
friends, walk with giants, choose what you want. Choose not to spend time with negative people, distractions or gossip.

We cannot choose the cards that are dealt to us. We can only choose how to play the game.

A great personality is not born in the maternity ward, he is born by the choices he makes.

Choose to be happy. Choose to be successful. Choose to be a winner.

• Low of Focus:  Whatever we focus on, expands

Every day you get 60000 thoughts. Our mind is a factory which produces positive and negative Every day you get abo thoughts Focus on the positive ones with clarity. Make your to-do list focus on your dreams. Focus on one thing at a time and avoid multitasking. Focus on what you want. “Losers focus on what’s missing Achievers focus on what they have”. The sun’s rays do not burn until brought to a focus

• Law of Practice:  Whatever you practice you will become good at it.

As you continue to practice, subsequently you master a skill reduce the completion time and stress. The harder you practice the luckier you get. Skill comes only by practice and more practice. Practice makes you perfect. Knowledge by itself would have no meaning or value if you do not practice. You have to practice and practice till you master the skill. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is practice. Learning is first knowledge and then skill is acquired by practice. Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli are the best cricketer because they practices the game. Lata Mangeshkar became an accomplished singer only by persistent practice. All Olympic winners practice to win.

Repetition is the mother of mastery. Repetition is the mother of skills.

• Law of Habit: Any repetition becomes a habit, repeat for 66 days to develop new habits.

Man repeats the same thought, the same actions and the same experiences over and over again till they become his character, a part of himself. It takes 21 days for a habit to set in and 66 days to become our automatic behavior. A habit becomes easier and require much less energy and effort to maintain than to begin. Habits are registered in our subconscious mind.

To become successful, copy the habits of successful people.
